Delivery & Returns

You should receive your items within 1-3 working days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders received by 12pm, we aim to dispatch on the same working day. Any orders received after 12pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Due to the size or type of items within your order, you may receive multiple deliveries. Please leave 7 working days, for all items to arrive, before contacting us. 

We use all major couriers. Our main partners are APC Overnight, DPD, DX & Royal Mail. Pallet deliveries are booked with Palletways.

Standard courier delivery to UK mainland is £5.49. This is primarily a next day service. However, this is not guaranteed.

Economy delivery to UK mainland via Royal Mail is £3.99. If your order qualifies for economy delivery (usually smaller or lighter items), you will be offered this option at checkout.

All orders over £69 qualify for free UK mainland delivery.

We can offer delivery to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands.

Costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order. Please get in touch for a delivery quote.

We do not ship outside of the UK.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just drop us an email or give us a call and we will be happy to inform you of the process.

As we endeavour to provide the fastest delivery possible for our customers, we use various couriers. Methods of tracking vary dependant on company. If your order has a live tracking number, this can found in your order fulfilment email.

If you have not received a tracking number but would like an update, please check your account for order statuses. Alternatively, please contact us.

Product FAQ's

If you aren't sure whether you need to change your membrane, give us a quick call on 01473 561103. We'll talk you through a simple home test, you will just need your TDS meter to hand!

Based on the test results and your answers to a couple of brief questions, we will offer our expert advice on the prime time to change your membrane.

We would recommend changing your Pre-Filters every 2-3 months. This will assist in pro-longing the life of your RO membrane.
